Quality of Service, Issue Resolution and Escalation Procedures

Throughout the move process, documentation is vital to maintain a standardised migration and move.  This is especially important in ensuring that fast issue resolution is obtained, to ensure all users are functioning and live on the first morning in the new office, issues must be resolved as soon as they are identified. In addition to the workstation tickets, upon which all issues relating to the workstation are recorded, each engineer completes an Issue Resolution Request (IRR) Form which is recorded and tracked to resolution.
